Welcome to Windhoek!
Upon your arrival in Windhoek, you discover the capital of Namibie and take your first steps in the country.
You take advantage of this first day to discover Windhoek, a capital with a human scale, before heading to your accommodation.
Namib Desert & Sossusvlei
After breakfast, you leave your hotel in Windhoek in a shared English-speaking transfer to reach Eros Airport. You meet your pilot and board a private charter flight to southern Namibia.
Depending on your arrival time, you may participate in a first activity organized by the lodge, in shared service, on its private reserve at sunset.
Night at Kulala Desert Lodge, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Sossusvlei and the dunes of the Namib Desert
Early in the morning, you have a coffee or tea with biscuits before departing with your guide and the lodge vehicle for a guided group excursion to Sossusvlei.
You discover the landscapes of the Namib Desert and its red dunes, before exploring several sites in the region: Deadvlei, Dune 45, Big Daddy and Sesriem canyon. During this day, you will also be able to observe wildlife adapted to this arid environment, notably oryx, springboks and ostriches.
You return to the lodge in late afternoon. You then have free time or can participate in one of the included activities, such as a 4x4 excursion at sunset or a guided walk in the reserve.

From the Namib Desert to Swakopmund by plane
After breakfast, you are transferred to the landing strip for your private flight to Swakopmund. You head towards the coast and enjoy, weather permitting, a scenic flight over the Namib Desert and Sandwich Harbour.
Upon your arrival in Swakopmund, an English-speaking transfer takes you to your hotel.
Once settled at the Beach Lodge, you have the afternoon free to rest or discover Swakopmund at your own pace. You can take a stroll by the sea, admire its German-influenced architecture or browse the artisan markets.

Free day in Swakopmund
You have a free day in Swakopmund to discover the town at your own pace or relax at your hotel.
You can stroll along the seafront, discover the artisanal markets, visit the Swakopmund museum or observe the architecture of the Woermannhaus.
Swakopmund also allows you to participate in various activities: desert excursions, boat trips to observe sea lions and dolphins, sandboarding or quad biking in the dunes.

Flight to Twyfelfontein
After your breakfast, you benefit from an English-speaking transfer in shared service to the airstrip of Swakopmund.
You then board a shared service charter flight heading to the Twyfelfontein region, in the Damaraland.
Upon arrival, an English-speaking transfer in shared service takes you to your lodge, where you settle in.
In the afternoon, you depart for a guided excursion in shared service through the Damaraland landscapes. This first discovery of the region continues until sunset, before your return to the lodge.

Damaraland - Landscapes and Sunset Safari
After breakfast, you depart for a guided excursion in shared service in Damaraland, which continues until sunset.
You discover the landscapes of this region in northwestern Namibia, between mountainous reliefs, arid valleys, rock formations, red plateaus and dried-up river beds. Damaraland is also home to fauna adapted to this environment, notably desert elephants, black rhinoceros and Hartmann's zebras.
The region is also marked by its cultural heritage, with the site of Twyfelfontein, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and known for its thousands of rock engravings dating back several millennia.

From Damaraland to Etosha National Park
Damaraland → Parc national d'Etosha
After breakfast, you are transferred in English-speaking shared service to the airstrip. You then board a Cessna 210 private plane heading to Etosha National Park.
Upon arrival, a road transfer takes you to your lodge, where you settle in.
In the afternoon, you set out on a guided safari in shared service on the lodge's private reserve, until sunset.
This first discovery immerses you in the landscapes of the Etosha region, between arid plains, grassy savannas and sparse forests, where notably elephants, lions, leopards, black rhinos, giraffes and zebras roam.
Night at Etosha Oberland, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Guided safari in Etosha National Park
After breakfast, you depart with the lodge guide and vehicle for a guided safari in shared service in the Etosha National Park.
You explore this reserve of over 22,000 km², dominated by the Etosha Pan, a vast saline depression. Throughout the safari and at various water points, you may observe elephants, lions, black rhinoceroses, giraffes, zebras and herds of antelope. The park also hosts many bird species, including pink flamingos that sometimes gather on the shores of the pan.
The afternoon is free to enjoy the lodge surroundings, relax or participate in activities offered on site.

From Etosha National Park to Windhoek by air

After breakfast, you are transferred in a shared English-speaking service to the airstrip. You then board a private 5-seater Cessna 210 aircraft heading to Windhoek.
Upon arrival, a shared English-speaking transfer takes you to your guesthouse, where you settle in.
The afternoon is free to discover Windhoek at your own pace. You can explore the streets of the capital, discover its craft markets or observe some of its historic buildings, such as the Christuskirche and the Alte Feste.

After breakfast, you leave Windhoek and are transferred to Hosea Kutako International Airport for your return flight.
This final stage marks the end of your tour in Namibie, after discovering the Namib Desert, the dunes of Sossusvlei, Swakopmund, Sandwich Harbour, Damaraland and Etosha National Park.

Registration is considered firm and final after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total price and acceptance of the specific terms of sale.
The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the departure date.

- More than 60 days before departure: 40% of total price (deposit retained)
- Between 60 and 30 days before departure: 50% of total price

The information below concerns travelers who are nationals of the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and Canada traveling to Namibia for a tourist stay. As entry rules may change, we recommend that you verify this information with the official authorities before your departure.
Passport
To enter Namibia, your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months after the date of entry into the country and contain at least two to three blank pages for immigration stamps.
The document must be in good condition (no damaged, torn or altered pages).
Tourist stay without a visa
Nationals of the European Economic Area, Switzerland and Canada benefit from a visa exemption for tourist stays in Namibia.
This exemption allows a stay of up to 90 days per 12-month period. The authorized length of stay is specified by the immigration officer upon entry into the territory.
The authorities may request:
a departure ticket from the territory (return or onward flight),
proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of the stay,
confirmation of an accommodation booking or a travel itinerary.
Arrival card
Upon arrival in Namibia, you will be asked to complete an entry form (arrival card) which is generally provided on the plane or available at border posts and international airports.
This form requires in particular:
passport information,
details of the flight or means of transport used,
the address of your first accommodation in Namibia,
the expected length of stay.
Health and vaccinations
No vaccine is mandatory to enter Namibia except from a country at risk of yellow fever, in which case an international yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.
As a precaution, it is recommended that you consult a doctor or vaccination center before departure. The following vaccinations are generally advised:
hepatitis A and B,
typhoid,
tetanus-diphtheria-poliomyelitis.
Antimalarial prophylaxis is strongly recommended for trips to the north of the country, particularly in the Caprivi (Zambezi), Kavango and Etosha regions. Consult your doctor for treatment suited to your situation.
Travel with children
Minors must hold their own valid passport covering the duration of the stay.
Namibia applies strict rules regarding travel by minors. When a child travels with a single parent or without their parents, it is strongly recommended that you carry:
a travel authorization signed by the other parent or by both parents in the case of travel with a third party,
the child's original birth certificate,
proof of family situation where applicable (custody order, death certificate, etc.).

Entry conditions may vary depending on nationality. Travelers concerned should contact the embassy or consulate of Namibia in their country of residence.
