Furaha Tours & Safaris was born from a genuine love for Namibia and a simple belief: this land of vast horizons is best discovered with a team that knows it from within, in English, and without rushing.

Based in Windhoek, the agency was built around a clear observation: very few local English-speaking structures support travelers on this destination. Its name — Furaha, which means "joy" in Swahili — sums up an intention: to make each itinerary a memorable moment, designed for those who experience it. Over the years, the team has developed deep knowledge of the Namib desert, the trails of Damaraland, the plains of Etosha and the communities that inhabit these territories.

Delphin, founder of the agency, has been guiding travelers in southern Africa for over fifteen years. Alongside him, an English-speaking Namibian team designs each tailor-made itinerary with careful attention to encounters with local communities and the customs of the country's different ethnic groups. The agency is also actively committed to more sustainable tourism: reducing plastic on trips, providing reusable water bottles, using energy-efficient lighting, and recycling equipment for local schools.
